While visiting the beautiful Italian region of Puglia in 2022, I was fortunate enough to visit a stunning family run winery, “Tenuta Terre di San Vito”. While there, the son of the owner was kind enough to allow us to experience some of the wines produced at the winery. One of the wines happened to be an exquisite Rosato. The son shared a brief story of how the wine was given its name.  

His father, not being a fan of Rosé wines was presented with various versions of the Rosé and with every tasting the father said, “No, no, no”. Finally, after many attempts, the father tasted something he liked and simply said: “Mo Si” and with that, the Rosato was born. 

The story of our name is twofold. After all the years of passion and dedication for the restaurant business and operating restaurants for others, the long hours of hard work have finally paid off. I have finally found my own home... “Mo Si”.
